What should I pray when I am too tired to pray?
Whisper this: “God, I am here.”
That is enough. Prayer is not performance. It is presence. When the weight is too heavy, silence becomes sacred. Exhaustion is not weakness—it is often the body carrying too much of what the spirit has not released.
When your mouth is quiet, your heart still speaks. When your words are gone, your tears become language. Even sighs become sacred when offered in honesty.
There are days when even lifting your hands feels like war. On those days, do not chase perfect sentences. Just be still. Let your being become your prayer.
Hold Agbara N’ime. Anoint your chest. Whisper nothing. And yet heaven will hear everything.
Some of your loudest prayers will never be said aloud. They will be felt, in realms you do not yet understand.
You are not failing. You are heard. And you are held.
