If the price increases, we will provide our account number for the difference before delivery.
If the price decreases, you will automatically receive the lower price.
Orders: We reserve the right to limit quantities for retail purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we consider refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items.
Shipping and Delivery: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship within the estimated timeframe provided on our website. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. You agree that delays will not give you the right to cancel your order or claim a refund.
4. Imoayi.com Waybill Policy
This policy applies to shipments within Nigeria for customers who choose Free In-Store Pickup, tracked (waybill) delivery, or any delivery option.
Waybill Communication: We will promptly communicate the Waybill number to you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS during order fulfillment. This allows you to track your shipment.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments not picked up within one (1) month at the designated store location will be forfeited to the carrier, who will dispose of them according to their policy.
Shipments not claimed within three (3) working days of arrival at the destination (tracked deliveries) may incur a daily demurrage charge as determined by the carrier's policy.
Carrier Selection: Imoayi.com reserves the right to choose the most appropriate carrier (air, road, sea, etc.) for your shipment.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays or disruptions in delivery caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without our express written permission.
