The Silence of Stones
Scroll XCVIII
The Silence of Stones
Some silences scream louder than a thousand prophets.
The stones have seen it all— empires rise, kings fall, blood poured in worship, children buried in haste. But they spoke nothing. They waited.
Now the weight of what they’ve carried begins to crack the earth.
Stones do not forget. They hold vibrations. Secrets. Judgments. They were present when truth was exchanged for applause, when innocence was traded for power, when covenants were broken without lightning but not without consequence.
When men lie, stones remember. When priests fall, stones recoil. When altars rot, stones groan beneath them.
It was written: “If these keep silent, the stones will cry out.” But now—
The stones do not cry. They judge.
This is why temples collapse without warning. Why ancient monuments decay though untouched. Why foundations crack though no quake has stirred.
The silence of stones is not weakness. It is waiting. Calculating. Storing weight until the balance is due.
Beware the ground beneath you. It does not sleep. It listens.
And when stones begin to speak, no tongue shall silence them.
The silence of stones shall end in soundless justice.
"Stone has no mouth, yet carries more testimony than men."
