Salicylic Acid and Sulfur soap provides keratolytic, antifungal, & antiseptic action. Salicylic Acid alone is mildly
anti-pruritic, bacteriostatic and keratolytic. This effect is due to the lowering of pH at the surface of the skin,
improving the hydration of the keratin layer. Salicylic Acid and Sulfur in combination are synergistic and support
normal keratin formation.
Directions for use: Consult with your dermatologist or primary care medical professional about your application & washing procedure prior to use.
Bar soap is particularly convenient where larger skin areas (facial, scalp, neck, back, arms, buttocks, legs & feet) are involved. Avoids the messiness and plugging of pores with greasy fillers often associated with lotions & ointments.
