Payments

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All requests for refunds, returns, cancellations, replacements, exchanges, or order modifications are subject to review and approval by Imoayi.com.
Approved refunds may be made through the original payment method or to a verified bank account provided by the customer. Where permitted by applicable law, approved refunds may be subject to deduction of actual, reasonable, and non-refundable payment gateway fees, banking charges, taxes, administrative costs, logistics costs, and other unavoidable third-party charges already incurred in processing the transaction.

Orders should only be placed where there is a genuine intention to complete the purchase. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, transport providers, customs, weather conditions, public holidays, government actions, security situations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically entitle customers to cancellation, compensation, or refund.
4. Delivery Policy
This policy applies to in-store pickup, home delivery, interstate transport, courier services, and all other delivery methods offered by Imoayi.com.
Tracking information, dispatch notifications, waybills, delivery updates, and other order communications may be sent by email, WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, or any contact information provided by the customer.
Orders selected for pickup but not collected within thirty (30) days may be treated as abandoned unless otherwise agreed by Imoayi.com.
Any storage, demurrage, handling, return, redelivery, or additional charges imposed after dispatch by a courier, transport company, or logistics provider shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Imoayi.com reserves the right to select, substitute, or change any courier, transport company, shipping method, or logistics provider considered appropriate for any order.
